This follow-up to director Andrew Fleming’s 1996 teen horror hit, The Craft, was a financial flop, losing over 7 million at the box office after being written off by critics as a forgettable summer comedy. However, the film’s hilarious self-aware script, joyous themes of friendship and feminism, and the jam-packed cast of comedy heavy hitters (including SNL and The Kids in the Hall alumni) have aged incredibly well and given it the cult classic status it has today.
