Aileen, a struggling teacher, currently ride shares while her teacher’s union resolves a strike. For her, driving is therapy. Her daughter is pregnant, her husband is ill. Life is drifting into a realm of uncertainty, and only her car frees her mind from the quarrels of everyday. But, one particular day’s riders becomes a sudden reminder of how danger and the unexpected, is always one drive away.
Step Six (Jack McCoy, 80 mins)
Lewis Novak is a quiet mechanic who unexpectedly finds himself at a crossroads after his boss Russell ropes him into house-sitting his apartment. It isn’t long before an assassin comes knocking looking for Russell. Now Lewis must think on his feet in order to outwit a mysterious maintenance man and make it out of his boss’ apartment alive.
