Choices (Kameishia D Wooten, USA, 2022, 13 mins): Hidden away under the bleachers at school, free-spirited Aisha gives a pregnancy test to her friend Jessica, who’s terrified of what the results might mean. They are joined by their childhood friend Portia, who has made her own decisions about motherhood. The three reconnect over their circumstances and celebrate all of life’s choices.

Barricade (Alice Johannessen, UK, 2022, 11 mins): After experiencing a traumatic event on her school bus, Aleena bottles up her anger until a chance connection triggers a small act of rebellion.

Dancer (Nomin Gantulga, Mongolia, 2023, 13 mins): A teenager decides to audition for a dance company, as a deaf person. Her father doesn’t understand and won’t allow it, but she persists, determined to dream and make her own choices.

A minute’s silence (Mohammad Pourriahi, Iran, 2023, 20 mins): Four high school classmates sneakily go to the school at night for a sly adventure, but they don’t know what they will find hidden away in the drawer of the school principal.
