How it Works

Step 1: Browse Programs On Eventive

• Film programs include age range recommendations and content advisories
• Select the program listing to view the full description
• Click on the individual film title to view film info, which will appear under the program description

Step 2: Submit Group Reservation Form

• Our Help Desk team can answer questions or help you make your film selection
• Groups have the option to attend in-person at a theater, or virtually, in the classroom
• Group Reservation Forms are submitted per classroom, grade, or screening program – if booking multiple programs, a separate form should be submitted for each
• No payment is due until the screening is booked – we accept credit card payments, checks, and payment via CPS PO
  • After form is submitted, a FACETS Help Desk team member will contact you to complete your reservation

Step 3: Finalize Your Booking

• After submitting the Reservation Form, a FACETS Help Desk member will contact you to complete the reservation
• FACETS Year-Round Screening Programs must be booked by June 9, 2023
• When your booking is complete you will receive a confirmation email with additional details
• If you have not received a confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact us at help@facets.org

Step 4: Enjoy Your Field Trip

All FACETS Group Screenings include education resources: curriculum guide, discussion questions, and PD opportunities that align with CCSS standards

• IN-PERSON screenings can be scheduled at FACETS Cinema or partner venue weekday mornings or afternoons and include a FACETS media educator-led discussion
• VIRTUAL screenings are facilitated by the teacher in the classroom or school theater

Additional Virtual Details:

• After booking a VIRTUAL screening, you will receive a ticket code to unlock the film for viewing
• Once a screening program is unlocked, you can begin watching the film program anytime
• Once you begin watching a film, you have 72 hours to complete your viewing. You can watch the program an unlimited number of times in the 72-hour period
